Key Responsibility.
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior RPA Developer to join our team. As a Junior RPA Developer, you will collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes within the organization.
Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of RPA solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and define the scope of RPA projects.
Develop and maintain RPA process documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices to ensure the quality and maintainability of RPA scripts.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes, ensuring their stability and optimal performance.
Support senior developers in creating, modifying, and deploying software robots to automate repetitive tasks.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Has relevant experience 1-2 years.
Strong interest in automation, process optimization, and emerging technologies.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
Familiarity with RPA tools such as Power Automate is a plus.
Experience with data manipulation, scripting, or coding will be advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work within tight deadlines.
