Job Purpose
Lead the delivery of Bank protection transformation project initiatives and process enhancement in their respective regions to drive APE, VONB, PVNB and Recruitment transformation improvement. Act as a key catalyst to connect different stakeholders and functions in the company and bank partner to ensure the successful field execution of transformation strategies and initiatives. Assist the Head of Protect Transformation in the delivery of Digital and Group Business initiatives
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage team to identify key strategic transformational initiatives and work together with the relevant parties to take initiatives to successful field execution for their respective region- Identify gaps of sales and service process and competitive threats to give the new ideas of strategic initiatives to close gaps and pain point and improve new digital experience in Bank Protection.- Organize connection across function to facilitate the implementation to transform the way of next-in-class of Bank Protection in market.- Representing Bank Protection to lead and cross working in implementation of project initiatives and innovation to deliver the achievement of its objective and target.- Explore and navigate new technical areas to provide strategic insights to Bank Protection team and lead the implementation of acceptance idea execution in digitalize next-in-class model in sales and services.- Work closely with Head of Protect Transformation to drive the Digital Sales and Group business by developing new initiatives and leveraging FWD’s strength in these areas
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in any areas
- Minimum 7 Years experience in distribution strategy, project management and process improvement in life insurance industry especially related to Agency and Bancassurance
- Project Management certification is preferred
- Understand well in insurance industry and insurance distribution journey in new way of digitalize and technology driven, Self-driven with operating style to fits in all circumstance with well handling back and forth of uncertainty situation, Familiar with agility working environment. Strong communication and analytical skills preferred
