Basic Claim Assesment e.g. Completion of Claim Documents.
Manage to collaborate with all stakeholders in order to complete Cancellation / Claim Tasks.
Manage the Daily / Monthly Activities Reports and provide to direct manager with accurate and ontime5. Support other administrative works assign from manager from time to time.
Qualifications.
SLA Achivement.
Response to Clients.
Claim Processing.
Daily Response SLA to the customer.
Zero Hard Complaint.
