**Job Detail**:
- IT Support Staff (20K-40K) (SDG-103980)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนด้านไอที- Technical support of advertising pre sales:
- Responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our clients and partners, related to integration and operation of digital advertisement analysis tool on their web/app system.
- Response to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements the solution, in hand with our global system teams and other countries' branches.
- Walk clients or colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
- Reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
- Provide Sales support in terms of system operation, including but not limited to Create a campaign, set rewards, upload banner and validate conversions. need to be skilled in data processing in Excel.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Internal IT support;- Manage the BI (Business Intelligence) tool provide by global system team. Introduce BI to all company staffs. Support and educate company staffs to build reports and analyze data in BI,
- Owns designated software or hardware systems, and Take responsibility for their maintenance and operation.
- Educates and assists with meetings, training materials, and goal-setting involving information technology (IT).
- Organizes own workload sets priorities and works within deadlines.
- Responds to technical requests and outages, resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Provides expertise and advice on appropriate use, forecasting needs and offering recommendations.
- Ensure the endpoint security is in line with IT security policy.
- Maintains daily performance of computer and web systems.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- รายงานเพื่อตรวจสอบความผิดปกติที่ยังคงเกิดขึ้น
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านการขายในแง่ของการทำงานของระบบ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง สร้างแคมเปญ กำหนดรางวัล อัปโหลดแบนเนอร์ และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ Conversion จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะในการประมวลผลข้อมูลใน Excel

การสนับสนุนด้านไอทีภายใน- จัดการเครื่องมือ BI (Business Intelligence) ที่จัดทำโดยทีมงานระบบระดับโลก แนะนำ BI ให้กับพนักงานบริษัททุกคน สนับสนุนและให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานบริษัทในการสร้างรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใน BI
- จัดการซอฟต์แวร์หรือฮาร์ดแวร์ที่กำหนด และรับผิดชอบในการบำรุงรักษาและการปฏิบัติงาน
- ให้ความรู้และช่วยเหลือในการประชุม สื่อการฝึกอบรม และการกำหนดเป้าหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT)
