Flexcube Dba

Responsible to keep Flexcube Data base available 24/7.
- Make sure all required stand by data bases available for any failover incidents
- Proactively Review, prepare, and execute regular monitoring and house keeping activities of Flexcube data base (along with its objects) to ensure efficient working condition of data base.
- Review, test and release any changes in production by following production release process.
- Should be able to configure, trouble shoot and maintain Oracle RAC data base.
- Ensure to follow Flexcube Applications specific recommendations
- Timely and quickly refresh or prepare test environments data base as per need
- Should lead all communications with vendors and stake holders for production and project activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network.
- Monitor and improve database performance and capacity.
- Work closely with the system and network administrator to perform software installations,
- and to configure hardware and software.
- Co-ordinate and implement security measures to safeguard the database.
- Write and maintain documentation, document problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required,
- and compatibility with current system.
- Other assignments by company/ team lead
- Be able to do on call support and 24*7 standby if required

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent fields.
- At least 6 years experiences in database technologies: ORACLE 12c, 19c, Oracle RAC, DB upgrade, DB patching
- Experience in implementing Oracle Dataguard for BCP (Business Continuity Process) and HA (High-Availability)
- **Must have working experience with Oracle RAC for Flexcube**:

- Good knowledge in SQL, PLSQL, Shell Script and Powershell
- Good knowledge in Redhat Linux/AIX and Network & Security concept
- Good command in English to contact with foreigners.
