Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Window Server and VMware environments, with a primary focus on Window Server.
- Administer and maintain Window Server and VMware systems to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of Window Server and VMware solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Window Server and VMware environments, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct routine audits and tests to ensure system reliability.
- Perform updates and troubleshooting of Window Server and VMware infrastructure.
- Provide on-call support to address any critical issues outside regular business hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Window Server and VMware administration.
- Proven expertise in Window Server systems and protocols, with a strong emphasis on Window Server.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on system integrity and security.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated experience in day-to-day operations and on-call support.
- Familiarity with VMware VSAN/Datastores is a plus.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Good command in English to communicate with stakeholders
