Pall is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position of Service Administrator & Rental Fleet Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation.

The incumbent will be responsible for Service Department and Freight Forwarders, Customer Service, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Procurement (creating Purchase Requisitions and following up with Vendors to ensure OTD), and some customer accounts.

The role manages all Service-related documentation, ensures processes are followed, acts as a gate keeper for order booking / invoicing. Lastly, the role acts also as support to the Service Operations Manager for data analyst and provide System expert.

This role is also responsible for coordinating APAC Rental fleet operations.

1) Assisting the Operations Manager & Regional Service Manager in the day to day running of the Services function, support the regional service manager with regional VDMs. Reporting service KPI’s on weekly/monthly & quarterly basis, Generates service backlog and partners with regional procurement / sales

2) Develop partnerships with suppliers/vendors and customers dealing with customer complaints and claims, escalate as necessary.

Attending regular service reviews on a weekly/monthly basis for service feedback.

Support RACI and Workflow processes taking the required action for third party services

Generate SAP Purchase Requisition entry, liaising with local buyers to ensure purchase order placement to 3rd party vendors or Pall’s plant for required stocked material and rental skid operation or Service related

Liaises with Logistics/customs (if required), finding the best and most cost-effective ways to move assets, and analyses the need/demand/priority of such movement.

**The essential requirement of the job include**:
1) Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering or extensive experience in a relevant discipline

2) Minimum 5 years experience in a service related business

3) Fluent language skills, in English and Japanese is a to able to communicate with customers verbally and in written English, Spanish, French or Italian.

**It would be a plus if you possess previous experience in**:
1) Industrial, Chemical and Food & Beverage markets.
