**A&D Sale Manager**
(_Thailand_)
**Key Accountabilities**
- Market Intelligence (5%): for the Artisan, Wholesale, Distributor channels - and the Baked Goods segment in particular- Be up to date with the latest developments in general.
- Develop solid understanding of the current situation and trends for the Bakery ,Patisserie (including Chocolate) - in particular for the sales executive.
- Strategic Planning (10%): Develop and implement the A&D strategies.- Formalize for the long term in a Long Range Plan and for the short term in the yearly Sales Plan in order to achieve the channel objectives in direct and triangular sales.
- Develop with the sales executive a yearly plan for the selected accounts.
- Assist the GM in the development of the yearly Budget and LRP
3. Business management (20%):
1. Monitor channel and account sales and profitability results versus budget and make sure corrective actions are defined and implemented in case of deviations versus objectives
2. Manage all PBE/OPEX costs related to the channel - in line with budgeted targets
3. Responsible and accountable for managing and controlling all account related budgets/rebates/conditions etc that have an impact on customer profitability
4. Responsible to set up and manage product pricing to customers, including the approval for prices and price adaptations - together with the concerned departments eg Finance, Marketing, R&D, Pricing, GM.
- Responsible to develop accurate forecasts with his/her team
- Organize with Marketing, R&D, Operations etc the necessary coordination meetings
such as S&OP, SMRD, etc in order to assure an aligned execution of the planned commercial activities for the A&D channel
4. Customer Relationship Management (40%):
- Ensure that CRM and SANCOC are utilized fully as main tool to develop and coordinate
the development of business.
- Build multi-level relationships with key persons (Decision makers).
- Assure regular contact to develop current (Maintenance and Risk Management) and
new business.
- Set up yearly business reviews with teams
5. HR Management (20%): Recruit, train, coach, manage and motivate the sales executive, field sales team and technical support staff in order to build a well performing solid team. Identify competence gaps and assure development of the team
6. Quality System Management (5%): Fully support & implement GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, HALAL, FSSC22000 and other systems by the company.
**Profile**
- Experience: at least 7 years in Sales management role preferably both in B2B and B2C food related business.
- Technical knowledge/skill: Good command of MS Office. Presentation skill and Sales skill.
- Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Soft skill: Good interpersonal skill, Negotiation skill
