**หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ**:
- Briefly, we are looking for a passionate Consumer insight who is interested in the entertainment business by understand together with deep-down insight and turn those insights to be actionable recommend to internal team.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Understand business objectives and design online surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences, event feedback, U&A study and varied topic based on business and management questions.
2. Designed and Collected data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidated information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
3. Compile and analyze statistical data using statistical, economic, and data modeling techniques and tools.
4. Cleansing data and managing error data to meet analysis objective.
5. Understand and experience with all processes of marketing research project.
6. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
7. Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, forecasts and recommending improvements to the business processes.
8. Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties’ research (Secondary data) and implement best practices.
**คุณสมบัติ**:
- Proven market research experienced, passionate on big data analysis experienced/learning is a plus.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, critical thinking and data story telling skills.
- The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
- Ability to interpret data and to multi-task with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with data visualized software Excel software and MS Office, BI tools experienced is a plus or at least willing to learn.
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Familiarity with CRM programs.
- Adequate knowledge of market research data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc).
- Knowledge of data warehousing, modelling, and mining is a plus.
- A Bachelor's or associate degree in Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience on related above requirements.
