Responsibilities:
1. Handling and resolving customers’ inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.

3. Developing and maintaining accurate files.

4. Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Min. bachelor’s degree and above.
- Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to details.
- Working knowledge on Ms. Office. Fast typing speed.
- A good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
- Min. English read/write skills level B2.
- Willing to work in permanent night shift.
- Available to join immediately.
- Willing to work from office in Yogyakarta.

**Salary**: ฿22,000.00 - ฿24,000.00 per month
