The Opportunity

The B2B Marketing team is seeking a strategic and dynamic Associate Director, Email and Communications Marketing, to enhance engagement with partners through impactful messaging across emails and other channels. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall strategy for email communications and potentially other marketing channels, ensuring alignment with Agoda's strengths and competitive positioning.

Role Overview

  • You will oversee the entire strategy, execution, and optimization of our email communication and other marketing channels for B2B partners and prospective partners. You will analyze partner lifecycles, drive strategic initiatives, and utilize strong analytical skills to run A/B tests and improve our communication funnel, ultimately creating business value for Agoda.
  • You will lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines and generate quality leads, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • You will analyze campaign results, derive insights, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
  • You will cultivate an experimental mindset by running A/B tests and exploring new communication strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • You will manage projects efficiently, developing KPIs and OKRs, overseeing timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful campaign execution within business objectives.
  • You will inspire, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals and analysts, fostering talent development and recruiting top performers in the industry.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing.
  • Proven analytical skills, including SQL and Tableau for visualization, with the ability to interpret data, drive insights, and apply findings to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Able to conceptualize the big picture while aligning communication strategies with broader business goals.
  • Strong team management experience, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, particularly in Tech and the travel sector, to keep Agoda at the forefront of B2B marketing.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to exploring new channels and innovative approaches.
