Commercial Director

Lead the local commercial team to drive sales and build on the brand's local initiatives, championing the core values of the Maison while attracting, developing, and inspiring a team of top talents.
The Commercial Director will be responsible for maintaining and developing the commercial part of the market's strategic and 3-year plans, defining and implementing the New Retail Strategy of the market, and contributing to the Network evolution strategy to leverage relevant business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy:
- Build the commercial part of the market's strategic and 3-year plans in collaboration with the MD.
- Define and implement the New Retail Strategy of the market.
- Contribute to the Network evolution strategy to leverage relevant business opportunities.
- Client Services:
- Work with Client Manager to infuse a client-centric mindset amongst all the commercial teams.
- Ensure that the Maison's standards in terms of client experience are respected and known throughout the network.
- High End Development:
- Lead the development of the high-end business across all networks in cooperation with the High Jewellery Team.
- Ensure the definition and implementation of the local high-end strategy.
- External Retail Partnerships:
- Lead the retailization of the Watch POS network.
- Enhance retail Partnerships through key account management.
- Store Design & Planning Project:
- Oversee store design & construction project management.
- E-commerce/E-partnership:
- Support e-commerce sales and ensure a seamless Omni-channel approach.
- Contribute to identify opportunities to further enhance e-commerce client experience.
- Talent Management and Development:
- Develop, attract, and retain a high-performing team.
- Build retail career paths and individual development plans.
- Foster teamwork and a creative culture.
- Operations Excellence:
- Guarantee the highest standards of commercial operations.
- Ensure the correct implementation of Central policies and procedures.
Key Competencies:
- At least 15+ years of experience in commercial and retail.
- Experience in driving sales and creating a compelling in-store experience for the luxury consumer.
- Demonstrate experience in clienteling evolution, client experience/service, and talent development.
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a motivated self-starter.
