The Associate Director of Digital Marketing (B2B Marketing) will oversee the entire strategy, execution, and optimization of email communication and other marketing channels for B2B partners and prospective partners. This role will analyze partner lifecycles, drive strategic initiatives, and utilize strong analytical skills to run A/B tests and improve the communication funnel, ultimately creating business value for Agoda.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Strategic Communication Plans:
+ Ideate and implement comprehensive email and multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement among B2B partners.
* Design Impactful Campaigns:
+ Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines and generate quality leads, working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Optimize Partner Journey:
+ Analyze partner lifecycle data to ensure that communications are relevant, useful, and tailored to partner needs, leveraging Agoda's competitive advantages.
* Analyze Campaign Performance:
+ Analyze campaign results, derive insights, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
* Innovate and Experiment:
+ Cultivate an experimental mindset by running A/B tests and exploring new communication strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
* Manage Projects Efficiently:
+ Develop KPIs and OKRs, oversee timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful campaign execution within business objectives.
* Mentor and Lead a Team:
+ Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals and analysts, fostering talent development and recruiting top performers in the industry.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in email marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
* Proven analytical skills, including SQL and data visualization.
* Strong ability to conceptualize the big picture while aligning communication strategies with broader business goals.
* Leadership skills, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
* Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Market knowledge, particularly in the tech and travel sectors.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
