Associate Director of Flights Marketing – Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided

Lead strategic direction and vision for Flights Marketing initiatives to drive business growth, explore new growth opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to optimize operations.
- Run competitive analysis and extract actionable insights to guide marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment plans for markets and channels
- Oversee and scale marketing initiatives, including pricing, metasearch, PPC and digital ads
- Set up operational processes to monitor business-critical success metrics and put in place the right team, structure and frameworks required to succeed

About the RoleThis is a senior leadership role that requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic frameworks to optimize operations.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy/business operations ideally in a growing tech company with a global footprint
- Strong analytical mindset, especially with respect to experimental design and measurement
- Strategic thinking and planning, hands-on mentality
- Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management
- Experience in the travel sector, specifically flights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Passion for innovation and a hands-on approach to challenges
