Job title : Sales Engineer (Manager/Director Level)
Job SummaryThe Sales Engineer is responsible for driving the company's commercial growth across the Domestic and Asia market. This position requires deep technical understanding with strategic sales and business development capabilities to deliver inspection solutions, cultivate strong client partnerships, and expand the company's footprint in key regional markets.
The ideal candidate is both a visionary leader and a hands-on executor, skilled in identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, and aligning technical offerings with customer needs to deliver exceptional value.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the Asia market.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives.
Account Management & Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial and technical discussions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Technical Expertise & Solution Delivery
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical input during proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and customer focus.
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, inspection, or industrial services industry is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Have own car and a valid driving license.
- Positive attitude, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
