Electrical Engineer - (Contract 12 Months)

Location: Map Ta Phut, Rayong

Working: Mon-Fri., hrs.

On Board: Jan Dec 2026

Key responsibilities include:

  • Make PCT engineering documents according to Thailand and Owner standard requirement.
  • Check and control the quality of PCT engineering documents either prepared by himself/herself or others as instructed by Lead PCT before distributing to Lead PCT for approval.
  • Support PCT construction management function on site for technical clarification as required.
  • Support procurement function to purchase PCT equipment and materials, prepare requisition documents for purchase, conduct technical clarification with vendors, prepare technical bid evaluation documents.
  • Review and approve vendor data submittal

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (Electrical is a plus).

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in electrical design i.e. LV Switchgear and MCC cabinet, VFD cabinet, earthing and lightning system and cable sizing.

  • Project Experience: construction of chemical plants

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks to achieve both corporate and project goals.
  • Ability to communicate in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
  • Willing to learn new function such as instrument role.
  • Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
  • Proficient in design and calculation software including computer-assisted engineering software e.g. AutoCAD, Visio
