Position Title: Licensed Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical)

Location: Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong

Contract: 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

General Scope (All Licensed Engineers)

  1. Review, sign, and approve Management of Change (MOC) documentation and ensure compliance with laws and Company standards.
  2. Review and verify Work Instructions, Procedures, and Engineering Documents for legal and technical compliance.
  3. Conduct weekly site visits and provide professional engineering support during working hours.
  4. Provide advisory services on engineering safety, legal compliance, and good industry practices across the Company's facilities.
  5. Update and communicate changes in laws, regulations, and standards on a quarterly basis (or as required).
  6. Attend quarterly meetings with Company representatives to provide compliance updates.
  7. Identify and notify Company of any gaps in compliance or risks that may impact operations.

Specific Scope – Mechanical Licensed Engineer (Senior Professional Mechanical Engineer - ใบกว. ระดับวุฒิ หรือ ใบกว. ระดับสามัญ)

  • Provide advisory services for maintenance, repair, installation, and relocation of mechanical equipment.
  • Oversee and endorse mechanical works control and administration of use.
  • Support mechanical engineering and project consulting activities.

Specific Scope – Electrical Licensed Engineer (Professional Electrical Engineer - ใบกว. ระดับวุฒิ หรือ ใบกว. ระดับสามัญ)

  • Endorse annual electrical safety inspections as required by law.
  • Oversee operation, maintenance, and safety of electrical systems.
  • Supervise and endorse electrical works control and administration of use.

Specific Scope – Chemical Licensed Engineer (Professional Chemical Engineer - ใบกว. ระดับภาคี หรือ ใบกว. ระดับสามัญ)

  • Supervise and endorse chemical processes, works control, and administration of use.
  • Endorse annual chemical safety and inspection reports as required by law.
Qualifications

Education & License:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (depending on specialization).

  • Possess a valid Professional Engineering License from the Council of Engineers Thailand:

  • Senior Professional Mechanical Engineer

  • Professional Electrical Engineer
  • Professional Chemical Engineer
  • Additional licenses (Industrial, Civil, Environmental) are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering, plant operations, or related industries (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or Chemical Processing).
  • Proven track record in engineering compliance, safety inspections, and project consulting.
  • Experience working in ISO-certified environments (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS/ISO

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Engineering Act B.E amendment) and Council of Engineers' regulations.
  • Familiarity with API, ASME, PED, NFPA, TIS standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in Thai and English.
  • Ability to conduct professional endorsement with accountability.
