Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering/ sciences or related field.
- 3 years' experience in Sales Engineer or Project Engineer or Project management in maintenance and /or construction work in related with industries of CR3 Thailand business.
- Knowledge in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining and Power Plant maintenance.
- Strong communication skills with different internal and external.
- Fluent spoken and written in English.
- Service minded, energetic, work well under pressure, good interpersonal skills.
- Good attitude towards work.
- Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset.
Job Description
Take ownership of key account customer in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry and expand new market in food & beverage, automotive industry and other industry as assigned from Sales Manager. Action and follow any other assigned by Sales Manager.
- Accountable for reaching and exceeding the company annual/monthly sale targets.
- Integrate CR3T's services into existing areas.
- Supporting to all Exhibitions/Events.
- Identifying new opportunities and entry point for our products and services.
- Close relationship and support clients, sales and operations management activities.
- Identity and participate in the detailed formulating of the business strategies.
- Supporting to all event/seminars for brand development and brand image to existing and potential clients.
- Develop a plan to penetrate and execute the plan to penetrate new market and industries.
- Develop a plan/Strategy and execute the plan to increase the number of "constant presence" Contracts
- Assure close relationship, entertaining and co-ordination with sales personnel & division managers for sales & marketing works.
- Support to Estimator and Operations to get necessary information (scope clearing, site survey, follow up by email) for establish proposal, quotation and /or budgetary proposal to ensure submission by due date.
- To take ownership of the enquiries received and guide them through CR3 Thailand's internal processes including follow up with the clients.
- Secure more long-term maintenance contract and maintain current contract including continuous improvement and increasing relationship.
