Position: Local Sales Representative

Location: Chiangmai

Responsibilities:


• Identify potential sales opportunities in the local residential and industrial market for our switched and plug solutions, consumer unit load centers, and related low-voltage & industrial products.


• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition in the local area.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential electricians, including electrical contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.


• Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers, highlighting how our solutions meet their requirements.


• Provide accurate and timely quotations and proposals to customers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.


• Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and project management, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.


• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.


• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:


• Pass at least: Vocational certificated.


• Have own transportation and driver license.


• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry or related field is an advantage.


• Strong knowledge of switched and plug solutions, consumer unit load centers, and electrical equipment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse customers.


• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.


• Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
