About the role

Hummus Chiang Mai Co LTD is seeking an experienced Manager to join our fast-paced and exciting hospitality team in Chiang Mai. As our Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the continued growth and success of our business. This is a full-time position based in our Chiang Mai location.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  2. Lead, motivate and develop a team of talented hospitality professionals
  3. Manage inventory, staffing and scheduling to optimise business performance
  4. Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
  6. Foster a positive, customer-centric culture that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty
  7. Collaborate with the wider leadership team to implement strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in financial management, inventory control and staff scheduling
  5. Thorough understanding of health, safety and licensing regulations in the hospitality sector
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and business growth
