About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our vibrant team at the skate experience' skating rink in Chiang Mai. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our skating rink. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business in the retail and leisure industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers to the skating rink with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Assisting customers with rental equipment and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the skating rink and retail area
  • Providing information about skating lessons, events and special offers
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Supporting the overall operations of the skating rink as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers of all ages
  • Basic numeracy skills and experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
