Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our growing customer support team. The CSO will manage daily customer interactions through phone calls, live chat, emails, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate will be a service-minded, detail-oriented professional who ensures customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive, helpful attitude at all times.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers efficiently and professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Support daily operations such as updating databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with other teams.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure all communication is handled in a polite, helpful, and professional manner in both Thai and English.

- ตอบคำถามและแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
- บันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลการติดต่อ ข้อคิดเห็น และผลการแก้ปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องในกรณีที่ต้องการการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม
- ติดตามผลเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าได้รับการบริการจนจบกระบวนการ
- สนับสนุนงานประจำวัน เช่น การอัปเดตฐานข้อมูล จัดทำรายงาน และประสานงานกับทีมอื่น ๆ
- ศึกษาและอัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้า/บริการ เพื่อให้สามารถให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแก่ลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานและเป้าหมาย เช่น ความเร็ว คุณภาพ และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- สื่อสารด้วยความสุภาพ ชัดเจน และเป็นมืออาชีพ ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
