XSCAPE is opening a premium escape room experience in Phrom Phong, and we're looking for friendly, reliable, customer-focused Game Masters to join our team. This role is perfect for people who enjoy engaging with customers, working in a fun environment, and being part of a creative entertainment brand.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide clear game briefings
  • Operate escape room systems during play
  • Monitor players and offer hints when needed
  • Reset rooms accurately between sessions
  • Deliver excellent customer service from arrival to exit
  • Ensure rooms, props, and equipment remain in good working order
  • Support daily operations and assist management when required
