Responsibilities

  • Customer Account Specialist with customer service or supply chain and logistics background to provide support to customers.
  • Customer services team is located in Bangkok and provide support to customers in Asia Pacific
  • Act as customer's primary point of contact & maintain strong business relationship with assigned customers facing activities - order commitment and fulfillment; invoicing and issue resolution.
  • Responsible for providing customer support and ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating ownership and managing key cross functional interfaces with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.
  • Work and cooperate with other related functions as necessary to ensure customer/supplier issues are resolved, provide best option solution, and communicated back to customer/supplier in a timely manner.
  • Be an ambassador to build strong customer relationships, gain an understanding for their business/service needs, and leverage them to be a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Arts or related.
  • Fluent in Chinese (HSK 5) and English (TOEIC Score 800+)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
