  1. Payment

1.1.   HRD Dept. Expenses

  1. Payment for HR vendors ex. Payroll, training, welfare and service provider vendors
  2. Reimbursement for HR members ex. Mobile phone subsidy
  3. Other payment related with HR members

1.2.   All Staff welfare related expenses

  1. Staff welfare expense (Flexible welfare)
  2. Business name card vendor
  3. Expat expense ex. Transportation expense

2. Time Attendance

2.1.   Staff OT including related reports

2.2.   Leaves ex. Vacation, sick and all types of leave.

2.3.   Late coming report

2.4.   Driver OT including related reports

3. Database & Company Wide Announcement

3.1.   Movement information via Therefore system

3.2.   Update Organization Chart

3.3.   Notification of Yearly National Holiday

3.4.   Staff Card & Visitor card (issue and control)

4. Others Assignment ex.

4.1.   Check accuracy for staff reimbursement of Business Trip

4.2.   Apply application for internal Vendor management (yearly per vendor)

4.3.   Apply Entertainment for HR member (less than 20 applications per year) Other as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM and All
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HRM or HRD.
  • Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge and skills in using HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Working : Monday - Friday
