Position Overview:

The Accounting and HR Associate is responsible for providing support to both the accounting and human resources functions of the company. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, smooth payroll processing, and effective HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

  • จัดทำและบันทึกบัญชีลูกหนี้ (Accounts Receivable: AR) และเจ้าหนี้ (Accounts Payable: AP)
  • ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice), ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
  • ตรวจสอบและบันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย ใบสำคัญจ่าย และเอกสารทางบัญชีต่าง ๆ
  • กระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation)
  • จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการปิดงบรายเดือน/รายปี และสนับสนุนงานผู้สอบบัญชี
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี AR/AP และ/หรืองาน HR อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  • สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีและ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และรับผิดชอบสูง
  • สามารถทำงานหลายหน้าที่ (Multi-tasking) และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  • หากสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, การเงิน, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing full accounting transactions and related systems, including accounts payable (PV), accounts receivable (RV), fixed assets, payroll, taxes, cash management, petty cash, and overseeing the company's accounting procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all payment amounts and financial records.
  • Support the organization of shareholders', Board of Directors', and committee meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting notices, minutes, and all relevant documents in both English and Thai.
  • Provide general administrative, HR, and related support, as well as other assigned administrative tasks.
  • Support, coordinate, and manage the Chief Operating Officer's schedule, ensuring all appointments and commitments are well planned, followed, and respected.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 1-years of experience in accounting or administrative (Preferred: In a real estate organization)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Thai and English. Additionally, proficiency in Japanese or Chinese would be deemed advantageous
  • Proficient at planning, organizing, and multitasking
  • Adaptable problem-solver
  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
