Our client is a long-established leader in Thailand's construction and engineering sector, with decades of industry experience. They deliver full-cycle construction solutions—from site assessment and design-build to safety management, quality control, and interior renovation—while operating at the highest industry standards.
As the company continues to evolve, they are looking for an HR Manager who can help shape the next chapter of their people strategy—someone who sees HR not just as a function, but as the backbone of every successful project and the driver of a thriving company culture.
Work Location: Bangkok (Sathorn)
Working Arrangement: On-site, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and succession planning.
- Enhance HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and elevate employee experience.
- Manage performance evaluation frameworks and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and support the HR team, ensuring all documents, reports, and communications are accurate and compliant.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights for regional or corporate HR teams.
- Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategies.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor regulations and corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 15 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR software
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive HR improvements, and support operations in a structured or project-based environment
- Good command of both English and Thai
