Main Tasks:

·     Ensures the accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems by administering updates related to personal information, job details, compensation and benefits upon available

·     Collects and consolidates monthly payroll information from key stakeholders, including Accounting, Primary Recruiters, and HR Partners, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

·     Ensures the efficient and timely completion of all HR administrative activities within applicable platforms such as approving employee contributions to the provident fund, approving new bank accounts, and releasing employment confirmation letters

·     Works closely with payroll vendors to maintain compliance with all statutory changes affecting payroll, including social security, personal income tax, and provident fund regulations, as well as any necessary configuration changes to the payroll system and relevant

·     Compliance and Controls: Ensures full compliance of HR systems and payroll operations with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines, maintaining accuracy and correctness. Implements and adheres to compensation control principles at all levels, including external accounting audits, internal control systems, and local labor laws. Serves as the main point of contact for all audit-related activities including application KPIs related to European Sustainability  Reporting standards (ESRS)

·     HR Transformation & Projects: Contributes to team and facilitate in relevant scope of work such as data validation by ensuring data accuracy before migration to the Workday platform, involved in payroll integration activities, including meetings and alignment efforts, to ensure seamless data transfer between Workday and the payroll vendor system, fund manager and insurance broker

Qualification:

Education:

·     Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience:

·     Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in HR within a multinational company, with a focus on HR Operations, HR System, and/or payroll processing

·     Enjoys working collaboratively as a team member while also delivering results as an individual contributor in a dynamic, multinational environment.

·     Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results.

·     Comfortable working in an environment that encourages open communication, learning through experience, and continuous improvement.

Specific know-how:

·     Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office applications

·     Strong understanding of local labor laws, including Social Security and Revenue Rulings, is preferred

·     Excellent command of English and Thai, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

·     Proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong problem-solving abilities

·     Process-oriented with a commitment to transparency, compliance, and self-awareness at all levels.
