Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Design and execute proactive, end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier candidates.
- Develop and manage a robust talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels (e.g., social media, professional networks, employee referrals).
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Refine assessment tools and interview processes to ensure high-quality hires that align with company culture.
HR Strategy & Business Partnership:
- Act as a strategic business partner to the management team, providing insights and guidance on all HR-related matters including workforce planning and organizational development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
- Lead key HR processes such as performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
Employee Relations & Labor Law:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with the Thai Labor Protection Act and other relevant regulations.
- Manage and resolve complex employee issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in a fair and systematic manner.
HR Operations & Systems:
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Champion and manage all HR functions and reporting efficiently through Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms).
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all HR data and systems.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong and proven track record in Talent Acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and best practices in Employee Relations is essential.
- High proficiency and hands-on experience using Google Workspace for HR management and data analysis is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrated experience in a strategic HR or HRBP capacity, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Business-level proficiency in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
