Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR roles with broad HR responsibilities
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Proactive, service-minded, and able to work independently
  • Experience in supporting senior management is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management (End-to-End HR)

  • Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Preparing & Processing VISA, work permit, and other immigration matters for expatriates (Knowledgeable in: visa, re-entry, work permit, 90 days notification, documents for expatriates)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data tracking, reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written. (Chinese language skill will be shortlisted first)
  • Handle employee relations matters, including employee engagement, disciplinary actions, and internal communication
  • Coordinate performance management processes such as KPI setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles
  • Support learning and development activities, including training coordination and basic competency development
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower data, and HR-related documentation for management review
  • Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and line managers

2. Managing Director Support (Executive Assistance)

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director
  • Support special projects, follow-ups, and assignments as directed by top management
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

3. General Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding office facilities, supplies, and services
  • Ensure workplace orderliness, safety, and proper office arrangements
  • Support company activities, internal events, and organizational initiatives
  • Act as a central coordinator to maintain overall organizational readiness and efficiency
