Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the key business unit in managing a full cycle of employee and be an advisor to the Line Manager in terms of HR solutions. You will get to work closely with senior line managers in terms of implementing HR projects to the business unit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand business direction, people and key issues to attract, develop and retain talents within the organization
  • Execute full loop HR support such as L&D, talent management, PMS, etc. and implement HR projects
  • Work closely with shared service team of HR in recruitment, C&B, L&D, OD and others in order to communicate useful information and tailor solutions to match with business unit
  • Assist the Line Manager in handling cases related to HR and provide HR information regarding labour laws and HR practices
  • Act as key contact person for HR related issues and assist the Line Manager to manage complex cases and provide HR advice for proper action
  • Communicate to employees at all levels in both formal and informal means in order to build employee engagement

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Sciences or related field
  • Good skills in planning, communication and influencing are required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Must be exempt from military service

Required Skills:

  • Strong personality and able to handle complex cases
  • Able to understand and manage large of group of employees
  • Effective communication, strong people management and able to work in a fast moving environment.
