Job Title: Key Account Executive (E-Commerce)
Location: Bangkok / Remote
Job Type: Full-time
You'll be working closely with the E-Commerce Key Account Manager to support daily operations, campaign execution, and stock coordination across all online platforms, a great opportunity to grow into a full E-Commerce Executive role.
Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Manage and operate online stores across platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and LINE OA.
- Handle product listings, including setting retail prices, updating product information, and optimizing listings for better visibility.
- Execute promotions and campaigns such as Flash Sales, discount coupons, and platform vouchers.
- Track and record daily/weekly/monthly sales performance in Excel or internal reporting files.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth order processing.
- Provide customer service support, including responding to inquiries, handling reviews, and resolving post-sales issues professionally.
Inventory Management
- Monitor, control, and update product inventory across all platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory or system discrepancies by coordinating with warehouse teams.
- Conduct weekly warehouse visits (Fridays) to oversee stock movement, inbound/outbound operations, and physical checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any field).
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing e-commerce stores on Shopee / Lazada / TikTok.
- Proficient in basic tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a detail-oriented and organized working style.
- Fast learner, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about e-commerce and sales, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must have a driver's license and personal vehicle, and be able to travel to the warehouse in Ladkrabang weekly.
