We're hiring: Key Account Officer (E-Commerce)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to grow apparel categories across online marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with platform Key Account Managers (Shopee/Lazada/etc.) on exposure deals, vouchers, mega campaigns, and exclusive programs.
  • Assist in planning monthly/quarterly promotional calendars and ensure timely setup of deals, bundles, flash sales, and price changes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work with merchandising and supply chain to ensure sufficient stock availability for upcoming campaigns.
  • Monitor slow-moving items and propose clearance or repush strategies.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal drops, and online-first collections through SKU readiness checks and listing accuracy.
  • Ensure all product listings have correct pricing, attributes, titles, and visuals, and meet platform standards.
  • Coordinate with creative teams on campaign banners, PDP images, and content updates to improve conversion.
  • Track platform tools and mechanics (coins, vouchers, SSP, PPC ads) and support optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze category movement, consumer trends, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights.
  • Consolidate campaign performance summaries and prepare post-campaign reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve product positioning and content quality.
  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support the KAM in coordinating trade budgets, PO submissions, claim reconciliations, and campaign documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace account management, or online retail preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopee/Lazada systems, campaign mechanics, and platform operations is an advantage.
    • Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and performance tracking dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, agile, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion retail or apparel is highly desirable.
