Ouji Seiyaku (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Regional) is seeking a talented Key Account Executive (FMCG, Modern Trade) to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, with a focus on the modern trade channel.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key FMCG customers in the modern trade channel
- Negotiate and secure favourable trading terms and promotional activities
- Coordinate and execute joint business planning with customers
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and key initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a key account management or sales executive role within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with large modern trade customers
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office suite and data analysis tools
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal
