Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned modern trade accounts and support the development of strong customer relationships.
  • Execute sales plans, promotions, and trading terms agreed with key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, distribution, and stock levels across MT stores.
  • Work with the customer buyer to improve the operation effectiveness, develop category and generate the business opportunity.
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure on-shelf availability, visibility, and planogram compliance.
  • Support negotiation of promotional activities, listings, and in-store visibility programs.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities within MT channels.
  • Work with Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment.
  • Manage POSM allocation and ensure proper deployment in stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure high-quality execution and gather market insights.
  • Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to improve account performance.
  • Handle operational tasks such as order tracking, billing issues, and promotional claim processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and channel initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account role for Modern Trade.
  • Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Passionate, persevering, and self-motivated to achieve challenging sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office applications)
