Learning & Development
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to refine and recalibrate the L&D strategy, ensuring its sustained relevance.
- Facilitate the training session held by Learning and Development team
Talent Advisor
- Collaborate across the ecosystem to innovate and refine talent solutions, adapting as necessary.
- Drive cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring L&D solutions are integrated and enhance overall business operations.
- Support Talent Advisor Team to deliver related internal activity for staff
Recruitment
- Direct proactive talent sourcing via diverse channels, ensuring quality and fit.
- Standardize advanced screening methodologies in partnership with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Harness recruitment metrics for actionable insights and continuous refinement.
- Analyze recruitment needs, adapt and refine existing methods to attract top-tier talent.
- Monitor recruitment trends, recommending actionable improvements to internal strategies
- Other project assign from recruitment lead or Chief of People Experience
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Able to use Microsoft office ex: Excel, word, presentation tools, data analytic tools
- Open for 3rd year student to fresh grads
Working Policy:
- Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 18.00 pm)
- No laptop provided
- Internship Allowance
- Office Location = The Parq (MRT QSNCC Exit 2)
