Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and development initiatives within our organization. As a people manager, you will lead a team of learning specialists to create and deliver engaging training programs that align with our organizational goals.

What you'll Do

  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for both technical and soft skill development.
  • Design and develop engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals, with a focus on future-ready skills such as AI and data literacy to strengthen internal capabilities and readiness for AI-driven initiatives.
  • Create content, presentations, and e-learning modules to support training initiatives across the company.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops using a variety of instructional techniques to ensure learning impact.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive career development framework with clear growth pathways.
  • Evaluate and adjust training programs based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
  • Track and report training activities including attendance, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Analyze data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of training and propose continuous improvement measures.
  • Work with external partners to assess training needs and develop collaborative solutions.
  • Generate insights and reports on the impact of training programs, especially in strategic focus areas like AI and digital innovation.
  • Maintain training documentation submitted to the Department of Skill Development, ensuring compliance with specified standards.

What you'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and support a team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of learning specialists.
  • Proficiency in instructional design, learning technology tools, and e-learning methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze training data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment—prioritizing and adapting to evolving business needs while maintaining a clear focus on team goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and development—and future of work trends like AI integration.
  • Preferred: Experience in designing or supporting training related to AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies.
