Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in organization diagnosis, organization capability assessment, performance management and talent development programs to meet organization needs throughout all regional offices.
- Provide internal practice instructions about organization structure designing and position management and monitor the effectiveness of internal practice.
- Design and develop various courses, e-learning content/videos, and programs which should be based on organization capability gap, and be tailored to organization need, and master the full cycle implementation of the programs.
- In charge of the delivery of different courses from own ends and monitor the effectiveness and changes on organization and people.
- Work on the digitalization of Talent and Learning with the purpose of improving efficiency.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Balance strong attention to details and speed to provide high-quality work.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related HR function, with a focus on leadership and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs that drive organizational change and employee engagement.
- Native speaker in Thai and good command of English, Chinese will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and software for course development purposes
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Familiar with dynamic working environment and has good ability to work with the team and independent
