Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work effectively with international colleagues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify changes in demand forecasts.
  • Study and track current and future market trends.
  • Collect and analyze internal and external data that impacts demand, including sales, stock, and statistical information.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams and Customer Service Engineers to gather multi-country information on factors influencing demand, such as promotions or production delays.
  • Gather updates from vendors, distributors, sales teams, and other stakeholders that may affect demand.
  • Develop demand forecasts across multiple aggregation levels and time horizons.
  • Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances.
  • Provide input to the Supply Planning team to support inventory strategy development for existing products, new products, and phase-out items.
  • Improve forecasting systems and methodologies to better anticipate customer needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Supply Chain Management operations, with exposure to logistics service provider management.
  • Confident in supporting change management activities and continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience with SAP, demand forecasting, inventory replenishment planning, import/export processes, and customs clearance documentation.
  • Proficient in both Thai and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Ability to explain Supply Chain concepts to non-SCM stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
