Job Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for fresh/dry food ingredients and OEM factories, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with brand and operations teams on product/ingredient preparation for new stores and promotions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize cost and value for the company.
  • Oversee product sample delivery for testing and approval.
  • Analyze purchasing data to forecast demand and plan ordering cycles.
  • Assess supplier performance in pricing, quality, delivery, and production standards.
  • Review order quantities, pricing, and lead times before approving POs.
  • Identify new products and suppliers in collaboration with brand and R&D teams.
  • Guide and support team members to ensure efficient procurement operations.
  • Join cross-functional meetings to address procurement issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on new product development and innovation.
  • Prepare procurement reports, including cost-saving data.
  • Lead and develop the procurement team for effective performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 10 years of procurement experience in the food/restaurant industry, including OEM coordination.
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills with domestic and international suppliers and franchisors.
