The company has recently expanded its presence into Thailand and Vietnam, supported by a regional team based in Singapore.
Our mission is to support leading food manufacturers in Thailand with high-quality Japanese food ingredients that enhance taste, nutrition, and product innovation.
Position Overview
A newly created role to support the expansion in Thailand.
The Sales Executive will drive local business development by strengthening distributor relationships and building new customer accounts in the food manufacturing sector.
- Develop and grow sales within the Thai market for food ingredient products
- Manage existing distributors and direct B2B customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Visit customers regularly to understand product needs, provide samples, and support product application discussions
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate pricing, marketing, and sales activities with regional and Japanese teams
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer insights
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities when required
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of B2B food ingredient sales experience
(seasonings, flavors, functional ingredients preferred) - Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, growing team
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent travel
- Comfortable handling food products containing pork ingredients
