Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving B2B chemical sales, managing key industrial accounts, and expanding our customer base across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of chemical products and proven success in solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the industrial chemical sector.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers across manufacturing, automotive, food, and other relevant industries.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical or many major related field.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial chemicals or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of chemical products and their industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Good command of English and Thai.
