Head of Sales

The Head of Sales & Marketing - Pet food will lead the strategic development and execution of all sales and marketing initiatives across multiple channels — retail, wholesale, online, and export. You will be responsible for growing market share, building a strong brand presence, and delivering commercial results. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead and manage the sales, trade marketing, digital marketing, and brand teams
- Identify new market opportunities and lead market expansion (domestic and international)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Drive brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline)
- Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Set and track KPIs to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and supply chain teams
- Manage marketing and sales budgets efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in FMCG, pet food, animal health, or a related industry strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth and building brand equity
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in digital marketing, CRM tools, and market analytics
