Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for data center solution products and services in Thailand, with focus on enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with technical, presales, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with key decision makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers' needs to provide insights for business development.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in line with company policies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in data center, ICT, or enterprise solution industries.
- Strong experience in high-voltage electrical component such as transformer, power generator, and UPS.
- Strong network with enterprise clients, system integrators, and consultants in Thailand.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, racks, cabling, security, etc.) and related IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
- Own car, valid driving license, and ability to travel for work as required.
- Good command of English and Thai, both spoken and written.
