Overview:

The Digital Product Development team responsibility is to develop digital products/services and financial payment technology that enhance customer experience, generate revenue and drive business growth. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies to bring innovative digital products and services to the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Explore and analyze financial trends for possible process enhancement and innovation

  • Lead the ideation, development and launch of new digital products in the company's portfolio

  • Leverage with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing and Compliance to develop business requirements, workflow and timeline to ensure timely project delivery

  • Design & prepare process overview for new digital products/services & improve existing process

  • Evaluate and report on the performance of new products to guarantee a successful launch

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in PMO, PO, Product Marketing, Marketing, Portfolio Management or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Consumer Finance e.g. Digital Lending, Personal Loan, Insurance

  • Good communication & presentation skill in both English & Thai

  • Good at Data Analysis & Interpretation.
