WE'RE HIRING WE'RE LOOKING FOR A "Squad Lead (IT Manager)" TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH

Key Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineers across multiple disciplines.
  • Drive agile processes, delivery quality, and team alignment.
  • Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and product owners for prioritization and planning.
  • Oversee system reliability, scalability, maintainability, and security practices.
  • Manage incident response, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and ensure delivery meets enterprise standards.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of engineering leadership or technical management experience.
  • Deep understanding of web architecture, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, enterprise projects.

Location : Sermmit Tower Near MRT Sukhumvit (Work from office)
