The Sales Manager will design and execute sales strategies across Traditional Trade (TT), Modern Trade (MT), and Online Marketplaces to drive CATE's sales growth. This role leads the sales team, manages key accounts, expands distribution, and ensures all execution aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement sales strategies with a strong focus on TT and MT channels.
- Translate company goals into actionable sales plans across all sales channels.
- Identify new opportunities and lead expansion into new provinces, accounts, and retail partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure strong field execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MT buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and pet shops.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and new listings to maximize growth.
- Ensure the team has strong product knowledge and competitive insights.
- Conduct regular training and capability development for the sales team.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
- Analyze sales trends and market insights to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Drive expansion of CATE's distribution footprint across Thailand.
- Evaluate feasibility and ROI of new sales territories and channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in FMCG or Pet Care.
- Experience in TT/MT operations; understanding of e-commerce backend is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, independent, and target-driven.
