Job Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Culture Promotion: Accurately introduce brand culture, product concepts, and advantages to customers; operate social media accounts according to guidelines; ensure store compliance during shifts (personal grooming, store/stockroom environment, hygiene, and visual merchandising), maintaining positive brand interactions.
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Deep understanding of service procedures and sales skills, deliver exceptional customer service, build customer trust, and efficiently achieve sales goals.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues, support team members, and promptly execute assignments from the Store Manager.
  4. Product & Asset Management: Handle merchandise inspection, replenishment, returns/exchanges, display maintenance, store tidiness, and backend operations as assigned during shifts.
  5. Other Tasks: Complete additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of sales experience in the same industry or fashion/new retail sector.
  2. Professional appearance, fluent in English and Thai, and strong communication skills.
  3. Customer-oriented mindset, approachable demeanor, and excellent teamwork abilities.
  4. Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to continuous learning with an open-minded attitude.
  5. Empathetic nature with meticulous attention to customer service details.
  6. Genuine appreciation and passion for Songmont's brand culture and products.
