Summary

  • As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's channel sales strategy and expanding its network of resellers and partners. In this full-time role based in Bangkok, you will play a critical role in growing LinkAxia's market share and revenue through innovative channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall channel sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, onboard and manage a network of high-performing resellers and partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize channel partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Provide training, sales support and marketing materials to channel partners.
  • Monitor channel partner performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new channel opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as technology, business or marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or account manager, preferably in the information technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a successful channel partner network.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to maximize channel performance.
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline and reporting.
  • Experience in distributor or system integrator (SI) as sales manager will be an advantage.
  • Good in both Thai and English.
