Responsibilities:

  1. Execute and oversee procurement of goods and services according to the company's requirements, ensuring appropriate quality and pricing. Conduct procurement processes in compliance with company regulations and guidelines. Select and evaluate suppliers from the vendor database to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
  2. Coordinate with user departments and the legal department to prepare draft contracts for purchase orders or service agreements.
  3. Report procurement operations and related activities to supervisors.
  4. Prepare data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations to improve procurement processes for higher efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with companies within the GPSC group and PTT group for strategic procurement initiatives.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate delivery of goods and services according to the conditions specified in purchase orders, work orders, or contracts.
  7. Assess risks related to the department's operations and identify opportunities for improvement under the PTT Group Operational Excellence Management System framework and other assessments as required by the company. Develop operational plans and drive improvement initiatives accordingly, including coordinating with relevant departments to ensure alignment with the plan and objectives.
  8. Prepare documents and manage documentation according to standard systems (ISO), such as Work Procedures and Work Instructions.
  9. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement will be considered an advantage.
  • English communication skills with a TOEIC score of 600 or above.
  • Able to travel upcountry for work assignments.
